Timothy Skaggs, MA, MS

Tim has a 25 year history in organizational development and behavior consulting. He works with teams and individuals to make work experiences more rewarding and effective. Tim has served as a lead facilitator of programs for the American Leadership Forum since 2000 and Incite Learning since 2011. In 2012 Tim relocated to Phnom Penh to create a leadership institute at Pannasastra University of Cambodia. As Vice-President of Leadership he created a Ph.D. and Master’s degree curriculum along with undergraduate leadership programs. Tim has created leadership academies for middle level directors and managers in the healthcare sector and served as an executive coach for multiple C-suite clients. “We spend so much of our lives in our careers and I believe this time should be some of the most rewarding and productive hours of our lives.”Education: Tim holds a Master of Science degree and is all but dissertation in the department of organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Informally, Tim is naturally curious about how things tick, especially people! He is qualified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and II and the Learning Styles Indicator. Leisure time: Tim enjoys traveling—a lot! He lived in Southeast Asia for 2 years and has designed and lead travel experiences for leaders to Cambodia. He goes back to Southest Asia once or twice a year. “My work has allowed me to travel across the world and understand leadership from multiple cultural perspectives.” Tim enjoys healthy living, exercise and giving back to his community
