2026 Leadership Labs – Part 1

Join Senior Fellows from across the ALF network and the newly commenced Class 64 and Class 65 and for a two-part workshop series designed to move you from insight to action.

Leadership Labs are a dedicated space for ALF Senior Fellows to stoke their leadership fire. Whether you need to tend to your inner flame or fan the flames of an external project, you will find a supportive community of peers and facilitators to help you:
- Clarify your focus on an issue of deep importance to you
- Galvanize support and build momentum for collective action
- Sharpen the skills and insights from your Fellows year
- Practice leadership in a courageous, collaborative, ALF environment
- Gain practical tools and strategies to address your leadership challenges
Choose Your Track!
Track 1: Tending Your Flame
Before a fire can light the way for others, it must be carefully tended. This track is a dedicated space to nurture your inner resources—renewing your energy, clarifying your purpose, and building the resilience required for the long journey of leadership.
Track 2: Fanning the Flames
Every great movement begins with a spark. This track is for turning that spark into a lasting fire. Bring your idea or initiative and, with the support of a dedicated community, fuel it with strategy, feedback, and actionable steps to grow its impact.
Additonal Details:
- Cost: Free (and lunch is provided)
- Registration Required: Limited spots available—register by February 18th
- Registration is a commitment to attend both days: Part I (Feb 27) and Part II (Mar 27)
- Prerequisite: Attendance at Part I is mandatory to participate in Part II
