ALF Gulf Coast / Houston is hosting an in-person learning circle for the upcoming session with Otto Scharmer, author of Theory U, at ALF’s new Leadership Hub on Tuesday, on February 20th from 2 PM – 3:30. This is a virtual session offered by ALF National; but you can join and connect with Senior Fellows of ALF Houston/Gulf Coast in person for this community learning session.

MIT Lecturer, Theory U Author, and Founder of the Presencing Institute, Otto Scharmer will debut a new framework that requires us to tend to our social soil in order to grow healthy systems that are rooted in equity, empathy, and collaboration. Until we upgrade the soil, we will continue in a spin cycle of band-aiding broken systems.
