The American Leadership Forum Houston / Gulf Coast, Center for Houston’s Future, Leadership Houston and United Way of Greater Houston have partnered to bring this event focused on leadership and belonging. Author Kim Dabbs will discuss her debut book You Belong Here: The Power of Being Seen, Heard and Valued on Your Own Terms, as she reflects on her transformation from a cultural chameleon trying to fit in to a thought leader who champions the idea of belonging to oneself.
