PURPOSE: Time to reset, renew, and connect with and in nature. Come join us and gain new skills for one’s inner leader journey. Our team of ALF Facilitators invite you to join us for a series of workshops

They will share their skills and experiences on becoming more mindful, letting go of “busyness” and staying present. There will be time for campfire conversations, walks in nature and reflection.
