Making Differences Work: Book Talk with Dr. Eli Jones

Making Differences Work
The American Leadership Forum Houston / Gulf Coast, Center for Houston’s Future, Leadership Houston and United Way of Greater Houston have partnered to bring this event focused on leadership in the workplace. In these turbulent times, “Making Differences Work” emerges as a beacon of hope, offering a fresh perspective on DEI that transcends the traditional narratives. Rooted in values, culture, and a people-centric ethos, this innovative approach arrives when needed most.
“Making Differences Work” promotes a methodology revolving around three pillars: Commonality, Equality, and Cohesion. By embracing these principles, you can achieve the original unifying goals of DEI and usher in a new era of improved employee engagement, enhanced business outcomes, and effective risk mitigation – all in one transformative stride.
Let’s gather together to discuss how we can build a work community that is rooted in values, culture, and a people-centric ethos. This is a chance to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from each other’s experiences. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to grow and inspire one another. See you there!
$35 admission fee includes personal copy of Dr. Eli Jones’ book.
