Mindfulness Mini-Series- Part 4

Join Michele Pola, EdD., Class XXIV, Mindful Facilitator & Yoga Instructor, Mindful Being for a return of ALF's Mindfulness Moments in a 4 week mini-series.  The series will offer opportunities to practice Mindfulness, being present through breath, body sensations (and/or sound), awareness of body, thoughts, and feelings and will provide the basics of research and science on Mindfulness.  Scientific studies suggest that the practice of Mindfulness improves quality of attention/focus, reduces stress/anxiety, increases gray matter, and improves immune system functioning.  As the pandemic continues and other difficulties rage, Mindfulness can provide a key tool for stress management.

This series will run weekly on Wednesdays, from September 23 through October 14 from 8:30-8:45 a.m. (CST) and is generously sponsored by Mindful Being.

Open to Fellows and Senior Fellows.
