We are hearing from many of our Senior Fellows\, across sectors and political idealogies\, that staying steady in the churning waters is becoming increasingly difficult. These changes are demanding from you collective efforts\, collaboration\, shared wisdom\, and mutual support. \nTo that end\, we invite ALF Senior Fellow organizational leaders to join a special convening designed to: \n\nCreate a confidential space for organizational leaders to connect & share experiences\nFoster dialogue with otherSenior fellowsnavigating similar realities\nStrengthen our sense of community in the face of uncertainty and loss\nProvide an opportunity for decision-makers to listen\, reflect\, and act with deeper insight and steadiness.\n\nThis is not just a meeting—it is a space for care and strategic collaboration as we navigate this pivotal moment together.
