A Place For Our Leaders To Take Root
We believe that being in community requires space that is rooted in community; a place where people can come together to nurture their growth mindset, reach their highest potential, and bring to life what this city is capable of.
The ALF Leadership Hub, a 3,000 square foot space located in the heart of the city of Houston, reflects our deep commitment to fostering this sense of community and shared purpose. By offering a space that encourages innovation, creativity, and learning, we enable our community to bring out the best in all of us.

EXPLORE THE HUB

The First Brick & Mortar Leadership Hub
The Leadership Hub exists for the leaders in our community to convene, develop leadership skills, and experiment with emerging possibilities – all in collaboration with other leaders. Our space is Houston’s living room, representing a place where individuals come together across differences to incubate and nurture new ideas and develop trusted relationships.

A Space for Leaders to Learn and Dialogue
Our in-house facilitators establish an environment of continuous learning and personal growth, benefiting both our leaders and community members. Through master classes, alumni learning models, and more, we develop the tools needed to bring to life generative spaces that feel authentic to Houston.

Expanding the Connectivity of Houston’s Leaders Digitally
Our state-of-the-art digital hub serves as a catalyst for fostering increased connection, collaboration, and resource-sharing among both current and former leaders. It offers a treasure trove of resources and potential collaborations. With this asset at our disposal, we also proactively bring together leaders to collectively solve pressing challenges in Houston’s communities that need more collaboration and brain power.

Connecting ALF to the Broader Community
Our digital hub serves as a space where the public and ALF’s leaders connect and collaborate, thereby ensuring ALF’s accessibility to all. It acts as a catalyst for enhancing partnerships between ALF Fellows, Senior Fellows, elected officials, philanthropic leaders, and sector leaders throughout the region.
