The American Leadership Forum is dedicated to creating a community where every member feels safe, respected, and valued. Our mission of fostering trust, collaborative leadership, and personal growth can only thrive in an environment of mutual respect and dignity. In alignment with this commitment, ALF does not tolerate any form of harassment, including sexual harassment. Unwanted or unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature—whether physical, verbal, or digital—is prohibited. All Fellows are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional and personal conduct in all program interactions, including sessions, retreats, and network events. Adherence to this principle is a fundamental condition of participation in the ALF Fellows Program. Any concerns should be brought to the attention of ALF staff. By fostering a community free from harassment, we honor our shared commitment to the inner journey of leadership and our collective work to serve the common good.
